Sue Woods is an internist, informaticist, researcher and entrepreneur passionate about using digital health to extend care to patients’ lives and homes while reducing care resource demands. She is founder and CEO of Generated Health, automating patient self-care using low-cost tech everyday technology. Sue served as the first digital director of patient experience in the VA’s Connected Care Office, where she led patient portal and Open Notes deployment, and architected patient generated data solutions. She serves as visiting associate professor at Tufts School of Medicine and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Participatory Medicine at JMIR.
