Virtual Medicine Conference is a one-of-a-kind program for the medical extended reality (MXR) community to learn about the implementation, outcomes and cost-effectiveness of MXR in clinical practice.

We're looking for the most compelling thinkers in MXR. Apply here to submit your speaking application. All applications must be received by Friday, November 1, 2024. You are encouraged to apply early as decisions will be made on a rolling basis to fill our limited number of speaking positions. Final decision notifications will be sent by Tuesday, November 19, 2024.
If you are selected to speak in vMed25 you will be expected to physically attend on the day and time of your scheduled presentation. Speakers selected to participate in vMed25 will receive one (1) complimentary ticket to the event; other expenses will not be covered.
