Raheleh Saryazdi, PhD
KITE-Toronto Rehabilitation Institute-University Health Network
Raheleh Saryazdi is a postdoctoral researcher
under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Campos at KITE-Toronto
Rehabilitation Institute, University Health Network. She is also a member of
the Canadian Consortium for Neurodegeneration in Aging (CCNA-Team 17). Raheleh
received her PhD in Psychology at the University of Toronto under the
supervision of Dr. Craig Chambers. Raheleh’s research explores the use of
virtual reality to facilitate communication between persons with dementia and
their family care partners. She has received a number of awards and
recognitions from the Canada’s Technology and Aging Network and the Canadian
Institutes of Health Research. Recently, she received the early career award on
Compassion and Artificial Intelligence from the Associated Medical Services.
