Leeda Rashid, MD, MPH, ABFM
FDA Digital Health Center of Excellence (DHCoE)
Dr Rashid is a physician at the FDA’s Digital Health Center of Excellence within the Center for Devices and Radiological Health. She is a digital health expert who advises on a broad range of technologies including AR/VR medical devices. Prior to joining FDA she worked with product developers and venture capital firms to support and build emerging technologies alongside her clinical practice as a hospitalist. Her interests are the bedside applications of digital health tools and technology as an enabler of access and equity in healthcare. She holds an MD from the Oregon Health and Sciences University and an Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
