Ben is the Director of Global Business Development at Cedars-Sinai, where he leads strategic initiatives to expand the institution’s global presence through innovative business models and high-impact partnerships with top-tier healthcare organizations and government entities worldwide. He oversees Cedars-Sinai International’s global assets and drives digital transformation efforts to enhance patient care and operational efficiency on an international scale.
Before joining Cedars-Sinai, Ben was the deputy lead for International Business Development and Telehealth at Johns Hopkins Medicine. In that capacity, he played a critical role in advising executive leadership on global expansion strategies and identifying new business opportunities. A key project he managed was the implementation of a first-of-its-kind healthcare joint venture in Saudi Arabia between Saudi Aramco and Johns Hopkins Medicine, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare.
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Ben has worked with diverse clients, including private hospitals and government health systems, on many aspects of health systems development and management across the globe. His expertise spans quality and patient safety enhancement, clinical governance, financial and operational strategy, and systems integration. He has successfully led multiple initiatives focused on transferring clinical best practices, optimizing health outcomes, and implementing change management and information technology solutions.
Ben holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Neuroscience from Binghamton University.
