Want to present your research at vMed24? Sponsored by the American Medical Extended Reality Association (AMXRA), vMed24 is hosting both poster and oral research abstract sessions to showcase the world’s best research in medical extended reality (MXR). The top 20 abstracts, as judged by a panel of AMXRA research members, will be selected for poster presentations on Day #1 of the conference (March 28th), and the very top abstract authors will receive oral podium presentations on Day #2 of the meeting (March 29th) on the Main Stage.
vMed24 exclusive opportunity: Abstract competition winners will also receive priority consideration for papers submitted to JMXR for publication.
All applications must be received by December 15th 2023 to be considered for the competition. Final decisions will be sent by February 15th 2024.
Abstracts should not exceed more than 3000 characters, including spaces. Please format abstracts using the following four sections, in this order:
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Most text document formats are acceptable, including PDF and docx. Abstracts may include up to two images. Maximum file size is 8MB.
